A Salad

As the weather warms I begin to crave salad again and we had this one the other night.
One of our small natural food store still carries delicious, ripe pears from the valley.
In salad bowl place:
one pear- diced
one avocado-diced
one head of romaine lettuce- tore into bite size pieces
feta cheese crumbled
toasted walnuts- 1/4 to 1/2 cup broken into small pieces

Dressing-
one tablespoon light miso
juice of 1-2 lemons
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Blend together add water if needed to loosen it up

Pour dressing over salad and toss gently, serves four.

Toss it all together, serve and enjoy!
