Marianne Williamson

A recipe is on its way...in the meantime I have been reading "A Woman's Worth" by Marianne Williamson this week. It's a lovely little book and so much of what she says is what I feel and need to share as well. A kindred spirit.

Here is a little quote to entice you to want more. "At every moment, a woman makes a choice: between the state of the queen and the state of the slavegirl. In the world of illusion, we are lost and imprisoned, slaves to our appetites and our will to false power. Our jailer is a three-headed monster: one head our past, one our insecurity, and one our popular culture".

Bringing your awareness to the three heads is one way for them to lose their power.
