Self Respect

What does self-respect mean to you?

Self respect is one of the spokes of my internal wellness wheel. As a coach I am discovering respect is a key ingredient to being your best. For me self respect is loving yourself without guilt.
Treating your body, mind, and spirit respectfully is being and doing that which enriches your life and sharing yourself from that rich and loving place.

Respect for self flows into respect for others.
