Loved ones

Are you grateful for your loved ones? In the season of giving, share with someone all the ways you are grateful for them being in your life. Take a moment right now to jot down thoughts. Gratitude is linked to greater health, so be grateful for the special ones in your life and be grateful for you.

Coaching tip- Take a moment at the end of each day and acknowledge yourself for something you did that moves you forward in your life!
